The Way is a distance seminar that is aimed at artists who, like you, have already worked with us in our art programs: Traces, Art in the Origin or NAT Art Residence.
The Way is carried out through a digital platform and we direct it, like all our programs, personally and with all our commitment.
Goal:
Accompany you on your path towards a new work, developing a new project or advancing one that you have already started and want to share.
You have already worked with us, at least once, and you have developed your work...
Then, you continued on your way... How did it go?... Has anything changed in your creation process?... How are you feeling with?
If you have doubts about the chosen path, if you are blocked, if you cannot move forward or, simply, if you want to share your creative process with us, again, to be able to move through it together towards a new work, this will be your place...

Work methodology:
In the first meeting we will make a brief introduction about the proposal, but, fundamentally, you will tell us what your concerns and wishes are, if you have a project that you want to work on and you want us to accompany you or if you want to start a new one to travel the path together, towards another work.
In subsequent meetings, you will present your ideas and the progress of your work. The returns will be permanent and immediate to be able to adjust the project and the development of the work until reaching the end of the seminar, presenting the work, with its text and title.
Modality:
The seminar consists of 5 (five) weekly meetings of two hours and will be held in English through a digital platform.
The maximum number of participants is 5 (five), in order to dedicate the necessary time to each member.
You can send your texts and images by email to be previously viewed.
You will have the option of tutoring through WhatsApp in case you need it.
In addition:
We will add your new project to your “Artist” page on Circle Pro Art website https://www.circleproart.com/en-gb/artistas
Cost of the seminar:
€ 120.- (VAT included)
As it is a service provided in Spain, VAT is applicable in all cases, regardless of the user's country of residence.

Place reservation and payment of the Fee
The Way is a distance seminar, which is carried out through a digital platform, personally directed by Andrea Juan and Gabriel Penedo Diego in which places and dates are limited.
Before paying the participation fee, you must fill out the registration form at the bottom of the “The Way” page at Circle Pro Art website.
When you have sent the form, the request and the availability of places for the requested date will be verified.
If there is not, you will be notified by email and will be informed of future dates available in your language.
If there is, your registration will be confirmed and that the place is provisionally assigned to you and the link for payment in the online store will be indicated.
To definitively confirm your participation, you must pay the participation fee. The payment must be made within 48 hours of having been notified of the provisional reservation of your place or the beginning of the seminar, whichever comes first.
The place will be definitively confirmed when you make the payment of the participation fee.
You must do it through our online store with the means of payment available in it, including the possibility of a bank transfer.

Note: for payments by bank transfer keep in mind that the amount that must be credited to the SM Pro Art account is the total amount of the product. The expenses and commissions charged by your bank or the correspondent bank are at your expense.
Place confirmation.
After receiving the reservation and confirming the payment, SM Pro Art will verify its origin and the details that ensure that we can provide the service offered.
Once the verifications have been made, you will be notified, by email, of the final assignment of the place.
You will be able to participate in the seminar and you will be notified, by email, of the links and keys to do so.
Cancellations and refunds
You will be able to cancel the reservation within 14 days of making the payment and provided there are more than 30 days before the start of the activity. In this case we´ll refund you the total amount paid.
Out of the time above mentioned and given the limited number of places and that the payment of the Participation Fee blocks one of those places, preventing another person from registering, 100% of the amount paid for this concept will not be refunded, in case of withdrawal.
The amount paid will only be refunded if we cannot confirm your place or provide the service fully. In which case, this amount will be refunded to you using the same payment method that you have used.
Likewise, if the withdrawal is made once the service has started, there will be no refunds.
Process:
The withdrawal must be communicated expressly to our email or to our postal address.
The date that will be computed for the purposes of our refund policy will be:
- The acknowledgment of receipt from us in the case of email or
- That of the postmark in the case of postal mail.
Any revision made within the Cancellation Penalty Period, such as a change in the Seminar date, is subject to this cancellation policy. Arriving late or not attending any of the sessions of the Seminar in progress, for any reason, will not result in a refund, and no refunds will be made for any unused part of the Seminar.
If SM Pro Art Circle cancels an ongoing Seminar, participants will receive a prorated refund based on the number of classes or sessions that have not been completed.
When SM Pro Art Circle cancels a Seminar it will have no responsibility for expenses, including non-refundable expenses, incurred by participants in the preparation of the cancelled Seminar or for any additional arrangements.
