Art in the Origin
Art in the Origin – Art Experience is an art program directed by Andrea Juan and Gabriel Penedo Diego that is developed in Cantabria, Spain (For more information, please, see catalogue).
Features
Each year there will be calls for groups that will participate in the Art Experiences.
In each Experience the available places are limited to 4 people per group.
The entire duration of the Experience is 9 days (8 nights) and the dates are set by SM Pro Art Circle.
Dates:
The experiences will be carried out in the months of May / June and September / October and the final dates will be published on our website (www.circleproart.com)
Note:
You must be available in the city of Santander or at its airport, train or bus station before 12:00 noon on the day set for the start of the experience.
In order to arrange your return you must know that we will take you to the city of Santander or its airport, train or bus station after 1:00 PM of the day indicated as the end of the experience.
Prices
Prices are per person.
Double room (single use).……………………………………… € 2.700.-
Specified prices include:
- Pick up and transfer of the group from the city of Santander (or its airport, train or bus station) to the selected accommodation. 1st day before 12 PM.
- Transfer of the group from the selected accommodation to the city of Santander (or its airport, train or bus station). 9th day after 1 PM:
- All daily transfers to the places where the Experience will be developed.
- All tickets for access to the Caves.
- 9 lunches.
- 8 nights’ Hotel accommodation including breakfast.
- The artistic experience will be in charge of Andrea Juan and Gabriel Penedo Diego who will accompany and guide you full time during each working day. You will have, as well, a talk with them about the progress of your project, at the end of each day.
- VAT (21%) corresponding to all services provided
Not Included:
- Air Tickets.
- Dinners during the period of the Experience.
- Accommodations outside the Experience period.
- Extra expenses in the hotel or other expenses that exceed the services contracted.
Accommodation:
The accommodation options that will be available on each date Experience will be governed by the availability of each hotel.
Posada Santa Ana or similar. Double rooms with double bed or two single beds and private bathroom are available.
Particular conditions:
Art in the Origin, from now on Experience shall be governed by the following Particular Conditions:
- Request of place / Reservation payment.
In each Experience the places are limited, 4 people per group.
You must check the availability and make the reservation.
To reserve space on an Experience, a € 300 per-person deposit is required.
You can do it through official representative or our online store.
For this you have the product Place Reservation available on this store using the means of payments provided or through a bank transfer.

- Confirmation of the Reservation.
After receiving the reservation and confirming the payment, SM Pro Art will verify the details that assure us to be able to provide the offered service.
Once the checks have been carried out, the customer will be notified by email of the acceptance of the reservation and the customer code so that he/she can proceed to the final payment.
- Final Payment.
Once the confirmation of the reservation has been received, the client must do the final payment.
You can make partial payments using the product "Payments on Account" if you prefer.
Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to Experience.
When you start the final payment process will see the total amount for the selected option. When you enter your client code it will be modified automatically subtracting the Place Reservation plus other Payments on account (if you have done them) previously paid.
For reservations made within the 30-day period prior to Experience, full payment is required immediately upon acceptance of the reservation.

Through our online store, SM Pro Art Shop, using the access data that has been sent to you when accepting the reservation:
- Using credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- Using Paypal.
- Bank transfer.
Note: for payments using bank transfer, please note that the amount that must be credited to the SM Pro Art account is the total amount of the product. The expenses and commissions that your bank or the correspondent bank will charge are at your expense.
- Cancellations and refunds
- Deposit for space reservation.
We can cancel the reservation made by a participant if the full payment has not been received 30 days before the start of the Experience.
According the small number of places per group and due the space Reservation deposit blocks one of these places, 100% of the amount paid for this concept will not be refunded, in case of cancellation.
This amount will only be refunded in case we cannot confirm the place. In that case, the amount will be refunded using the same method of payment you have used, by us or the agent who has received it.
- Cancellation after final payment.
Once the reservation is accepted and the full payment received, you can cancel your attendance with the following penalties:
- Up to 30 days before the start date, refund of the total without additional penalties to the loss of the Place Reservation.
- From 30 days and until the beginning of the Experience, an additional 20% penalty plus to the Place Reservation.
- Once the service has started, there are no refunds.
Process:
The cancellation must be expressly communicated to our email address or to our postal address.
The date that will be computed for the purposes of our refund policy will be:
- The acknowledgment of our receipt in case of e-mail or
- The postmark in the case of postal mail.
Any revisions made within the Cancellation Penalty Period, such as a change in the date of the “Experience”, is subject to this cancellation policy. Arriving late or leaving an on-going “Experience”, for any reason, will not result in a refund, and no refunds will be made for any unused portion of an “Experience”. SM Pro Art Circle SLU reserves the right to cancel any “Experience” due to improper inscription that makes the “Experience” economically impossible to operate or due to bona fide concerns regarding the safety, health or well-being of the participants. If an expedition is cancelled prior to start, the tour operator will provide participants with a full refund of monies paid to the tour operator; Except in case the cancellation is due to a significant event that makes it impossible to operate the “Experience” as planned, in which case the tour operator will provide participants with a refund and / or credit for a future “Experience” equivalent to the amount paid to the operator. If SM Pro Art Circle cancels the On-going “Experience”, participants will receive a prorated refund based on the number of days that have not been completed in the “Experience”. Except as noted above when SM Pro Art Circle cancels an “Experience”, SM Pro Art Circle and the tour operator have no responsibility for expenses, including non-refundable expenses, incurred by participants in the preparation of a cancelled “Experience” or for any additional arrangement.
