Place Reservation
In NAT Art Residence and Art in the Origin - Art Experience in Cantabria, dates and places are limited.
You must check the availability and make the reservation.
To reserve space a € 300 per-person deposit is required.
You can do it through our online store.
For this you have the product Place Reservation available on this store using the means of payments provided or through a bank transfer. If this is the option chosen, please request the bank details by e-mail to: sm@smproart.com
Confirmation of the Reservation.
After receiving the reservation and confirming the payment, SM Pro Art will verify the details that assure us to be able to provide the offered service.
Once the checks have been carried out, the customer will be notified by email of the acceptance of the reservation.
Final Payment.
Once the confirmation of the reservation has been received, the client must do the final payment.
You can make partial payments using the product "Payments on Account" if you prefer.
Full payment must be done before the activity begins.
When you start the final payment process you will see the total amount for the selected option. When you enter your client code it will be modified automatically subtracting the Place Reservation plus other Payments on account (if you have done them) previously paid.

Through our online store, SM Pro Art Shop, using the access data that has been sent to you when accepting the reservation:
- Using credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- Using Paypal.
- Bank transfer.
Note: for payments using bank transfer, please note that the amount that must be credited to the SM Pro Art account is the total amount of the product. The expenses and commissions that your bank or the correspondent bank will charge are at your expense.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation of the place reservation.
We can cancel the reservation made by a participant, if the full payment has not been received, within the 14 days after the payment of the reservation and it must be at least 30 days before the start of the activity.
According the small number of places per group and due the space Reservation deposit blocks one of these places, 100% of the amount paid for this concept will not be refunded, in case of cancellation.
This amount will only be refunded in case we cannot confirm the place. In that case, the amount will be refunded using the same method of payment you have used.
Cancellation after final payment.
Once the reservation is accepted and the full payment received, you can cancel your attendance with the following penalties:
- Up to 30 days before the start date, refund of the total without additional penalties. You only will loss the Place Reservation.
- From 30 days and until the beginning of the activity, an additional 20% penalty plus to the Place Reservation.
- Once the service has started, there are no refunds.
Process:
The cancellation must be expressly communicated to our email address or to our postal address.
The date that will be computed for the purposes of our refund policy will be:
- The acknowledgment of our receipt in case of e-mail or
- The postmark in the case of postal mail.
Any revisions made within the Cancellation Penalty Period, such as a change in the date of the Experience or Residence, is subject to this cancellation policy. Arriving late or leaving an on-going Experience or Residence, for any reason, will not result in a refund, and no refunds will be made for any unused portion of an Experience or Residence. SM Pro Art Circle SLU reserves the right to cancel any Experience or Residence due to improper inscription that makes the Experience or Residence economically impossible to operate or due to bona fide concerns regarding the safety, health or well-being of the participants. If an activity is cancelled prior to start, SM PRO ART will provide participants with a full refund of the payment; except in case the cancellation is due to a significant event that makes it impossible to operate the Experience or Residence as planned, in which case SM PRO ART will provide participants with a refund and / or credit for a future Experience or Residence equivalent to the amount paid. If SM Pro Art Circle cancels the on-going Experience or Residence, participants will receive a prorated refund based on the number of days that have not been completed in the Experience or Residence. Except as noted above when SM Pro Art Circle cancels an Experience or Residence, SM Pro Art Circle has no responsibility for expenses, including non-refundable expenses, incurred by participants in the preparation of a cancelled Experience or Residence or for any additional arrangement.
